• Hybrid In-Person and Telepractice Positions Available
• Full-time in-person position serving pediatrics (based in Post Falls, ID)

HOURS:
40 hours per week

Based on experience and level of expertise

LOCATION:
Post Falls office

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Tandy Therapy LLC is hiring for a full-time SLP to join our pediatric outpatient clinic in Post Falls. Immediate positions are open, and clinical fellows are encouraged to apply. Services will be delivered mostly in-person, with occasional telepractice as needed. You must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Idaho. Some travel may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform screenings, evaluations, and treatment in speech-language pathology per POC mandates and in line with the ASHA code of ethics.
• Additional duties may include consultation, case management, and attending and/or leading meetings.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year telepractice experience (preferred)
• 1 year working with pediatrics experience (preferred)

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

• Licenses required for ID
• Degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited graduate program (required)
• ASHA CCCs (preferred but not required)

SKILLS:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (unless CF supervision is needed)
• Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through with all tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Relationship-building skills with the ability to work well with leadership and other team members
• Team-player with a collaborative nature
• Proven ability to interact with diverse community members
