GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Support the Tandy Therapy LLC Mission: “Families living their best life.”

POSITIONS:

• In-Clinic position for in-clinic services
• Full-time position servicing pediatrics (based in Post Falls, ID)
• Training in Family Coaching, feeding intervention, telepractice, and more

HOURS:
40 hours per week

Based on experience and level of expertise

LOCATION:
Post Falls Clinic

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Tandy Therapy LLC is hiring an in-person COTA to serve at our Post Falls, ID clinic. Immediate positions are open. You must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Idaho.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform screenings and treatments for pediatric clients and students, both in-person and potentially via telepractice, as needed.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year telepractice experience (preferred)
• 1 year school-based or outpatient clinical experience (preferred)
• 1 year working with pediatrics (preferred)

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

• License required for Idaho

SKILLS:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to take supervision and implement feedback into practice
• Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through with all tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Interest in working with pediatrics and their families
• Relationship-building skills with the ability to work well with leadership and other team members
• Team-player with a collaborative nature
• Proven ability to interact with members of the community from diverse backgrounds and interests
